Who we are

What we collect

When you use our contact form. We ask for your name, your email address and a message. We use these only to read your inquiry and reply to you.

When you email us directly. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

When you visit the site. Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t ask for, and would rather not receive, sensitive information such as health details or financial information through the form.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use analytics or advertising tools on this website.
• We don’t set cookies, and the site doesn’t store anything in your browser.
• We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

If this changes, for example if we add website analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy before we do.

Services that help us run the site

A few outside services are involved in running this website. Each one handles a small amount of information on our behalf.

• Hostinger hosts the website. Your visit passes through its servers, which keep the technical logs described above.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the messages you send through our contact form and forwards them to our email inbox. FormSubmit’s own privacy policy describes how it handles that information.
• Google Workspace, our email provider, stores the messages we receive and send.

Some of these services may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

Links to other websites

Our site links to articles, social media profiles and other websites. When you follow those links, the other site’s own privacy practices apply.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiries and our correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship. We delete inquiries that don’t lead to a working relationship after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email contact@becomingdragonpr.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for organizations and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
